they make set items so cacat, chant source shld default come with apoc mang, y blizz so bias towards wiz ???

Add astral presence for more max ap an fast regen
But astral is not a necessity

Tested in mp10 uber and usual farming runs

currently with my sucky aspd at 2.47 and CC at 55%, i have less problem in mp-5

mine should be around 100-150 mil total cost.

however, in youtube there's a fella who used only 1 million to haz budget cm wiz.

sell off dh items then u don have to worry bout costs

kidding, every build for all chars is xpensive. playing a cm wiz ur dps will take a hit as there are alot of micro managing todo as below:

CC, IAS, AR, ARMOR. CHD is a bonus not a necessity to make the build work.

u can gain more chd for the xtra juice from TWH, trifect 1x amy + 2x ring, glove
socket chant wand or double speed chant wand is up to u.

It's possible that my wizard may have trouble playing the SnS + Meteor (instead of Teleport) build with the implementation of APoC hotfix.

yeap im affected, tested on ghom
single target locking is not as efficient anymore if u r running 1 APOC source

will need atleast 2 apoc source.

im still pissy that blizz made tal rasha helm a wizard helm doesnt come with apoc.
diminishing effect of energy armor and glass canon.
