What's your current mileage ? If it's more than 20,000kms, then suggest to get your TB cleaned / serviced.
What's the viscosity of the engine oil ?
Adjust your right foot and be as light as possible. Don't tailgate during jam.

Any mods on your car so far ?
Have you checked your tyre pressure ? There are some ppl whom over inflate their tyres to obtain lower rolling resistance rate.

Oic....will check with the staff in peroduo service..btw wat is tb.. i always check 2 week a time for tyre pressure...

Very true....tyre pressure normally 220/kpa for myvi...but it works in a new tyre when the tyre doesn't have grip you have to fill up 240/kpa it will be help to save the fuel..every 6 month swap the tyres (front to back)....and try to drive 80/100 speed in highways...and change the engine oil every 5000KM or 10000KM....dont switch on the AC when you start the car.it will reduce the engine efficiency...once you reach the level 40km/hr after you blow the AC...finally clean your fuel filter every 5000 KM....i use to drive Myvi SE 1.5 in malaysia...because my wife is a Malaysian...
i owned jaguar XJ(12/L), Hyundai verna(15/L) and suzuki swift diesel(18/L) in India ..one Toyota Camry in Dubai....by the way i m getting 16/L avg in highway 14/avg in city for my car...

Hi guys, may I know if you guys have any other tricks to further improve FC on LB Myvi 1.3 Auto?
Currently, based on my calculation of last trip, I’ve been getting 14.1km/l for mixed city and highway driving. 40/60 split here.
Things I’ve Done
1) Routine Maintenance based on the recommended schedule interval (Except for Fuel Filter)
2) Pump tires to correct tire pressure
3) Turn off aircond
4) Being extra light footed and coast as much I can

im also getting around 16km/l highway / 14km/l city for my 2006 myvi manual all these years i observed. This probably is what most myvi driver will get.

Year 2008 Myvi 1.3 AT, mileage 164000km.

No mods on car. Tires are stock sized Silverstone 175/65/14. But tire pressure for me is 225Kpa front 220Kpa back.

Engine oil Bardahl 10/30 semi syn 7000km.

Average 12.1L per KM, mixed city driving.

Mine is 1.3 AT 2006, 9km/L

Super low with 90% taman driving. Lots of humps and hills and slow cars and so on....

Scenario 1 (Daily driving)
Fuel Consumption : 12.0 - 13.0 km/l
Driving Condition : 10% highway 90% city

Scenario 2 (Interstate driving on PLUS highway)
Fuel Consumption : 16 - 17km/l
Driving Condition : 90% highway 10% city

I noticed the trip computer on myvi lagi best is more optimistic and reads a better mileage compared to actual petrol used. Usually it reads 12.6km/l but actual is about 12km/l.

Walao eh...drive myvi somemore worrying about FC ah?

not to say worry but to compare the FC as FC is the first sign to tell if your car is sick. Once the FC dropped..something is wrong d
