any tips to improve the avg/ltr?
my best was 16km/ltr bt it has drop to 11.7km/ltr recently

Don't let the engine rev more than 2000 rpm.

the best record i get around 16.5km when travel to Alor setar for 3 times, you switch off air-con and maintain at 80km if you can... At penang island, average i get around 13.5-14km my one is 2011 model (manual 1.3)

Looking at these figure I was shock..how can get so high mileage...my myvi fc is around 8-9km per liter...very short trip everyday 100% city, like 6-9km arrived

Mine 9~10km/L daily almost. Very short route. More than 20 bumps.


But I get lower FC 11~12km/L when I 4000~6000rpm 160kmph all the way to Melaka.

From cheras to Pj average jam, I got 13~15km/L.

Mine is the lagi best model. 1.3 manual tin kosong spec.

myvi seems to save fuel based on ts's calculation

Use petron. It saves me few km more than others. Tested many times.

My previous myvi 1.5 extreme auto stock fc is around 14.5km/l in city driving.. After 3 days change to sport rim. So cannot tell more about stock rim.

Then upgrade to 15inch rim.. Fc on highway around 13km/l with average speed 140kmh.

After upgrade to 16inch rim, full system exhaust, fc become 11.5km/l with average speed 140kmh

city drive, myvi not so fuel save la. 1.3 myvi lb 60-70% city drive around 10-11+km/L. hway crusing can get 13+-14+km/L.

My myvi is 1.3se auto.. 10k on on the odo..drive around in penang(short trips, jam, multistorey car park) i only managed to get 10km/L .. that almost my best. but when cruising along the island highway, i can easily get 13-14km/L

lol 11~12km/L 160kmh all the way to melaka. so many the Fuel used to overcome the drag

myvi 2006 auto with mods (rims,big brakes,intakes,exhaust,bla bla bla)
RM 50 - (avg) 280km... (best can get 320km, worst is 220km)

hari hari jam...the thing is.. pedal to the metal or drive like uncle results in almost same fc.. @@

My wife just brought Myvi 1.3 SE auto,
The Avg KM/L show 11.7Km/l and most of the time is city driving. consider Good or Bad FC?
Note: Next week only will send for 1K first service.
Kindly need sifu advice.

1) for short distance....avoid pump fuel full tank, try pump 3/4 or 5/8 of your tank...full tank will lead for additional weight which will affect the FC

2) control your rpm within 1000 - 3000 rev per minute

3) avoid speed bump

4) avoid traffic lights....stop & start at traffic lights & speed bump will increase your FC

Ahh..my myvi 1.5... not so gd then...city drive alot bump and hole is 10.5 / l

And my myvi 1.5 gt 1 problem is my fuel tank last time can go 420km but dunno y drop to 370km after 3 time fuel petrol then now still drop to 345km... then went to peroduo centre...they help me reset..now still trying

Get your TB service / cleaned.
One more thing, is your air filter clean / clogged up with dirts ? If latter, then change it (if you are using stock air filter). Else if you are using aftermarket air filters, then get it washed with dedicated cleaners.

70% highway around 16-17km/L

Since I always send the car for service on time, do I have to know about this? Coz my fc also not so awesome. Myvi lg best 2012 1.5 se.
