3 months if no major problem....6 months is normal....12 months are possible if the govt guys cari pasal~~

but i think need to prepare deposit for TNB, SYABAS, maintenance fee la....

walau seems like the developer is rushing the construction to be on time before the 6% GST effect???
my concern is the quality and workmanship of the building as this is the first high end project of the developer...

Dont think GST will affect residential houses...especially all units sold prior to the implementation of GST..

What worries me is the damn maintenance fee...there is a chance it will be subjected to GST...means if the maintenance is RM300, u have to fork up another 18 bucks~1 lunch for 2 gone~~

Today received letter from Amber Homes to request for 2nd payment on completion of sewerage works(5%). Seems like very good progress.

Im Block A owner, Block B still yet to finish the podium level. It seems like Block A will be finishing by 2015 but Block B will be later. Do you think they will be VP together for 2 blocks?
