btw OT a bit,
I saw a lot of banner been hanged on lamp post it says Cheras New Condominium 5% rebate with DIBS free SPA legal fees free 2 car park free 4 air-cons size from 1360 to 1478 sqft RM410++ psf seems like Cheras Property Market is getting booming?? |

just read the CASA GREEN OWNERS FB wall post
found out that there are 14 units of 3 storey hse (18X55) to be built by ANDANAS SDN BHD on a small piece of land behind of BLOCK B what do you think abt it? |
