Hi I am Gabriel, an agent in the sole appointed agency by Amber Homes. We will assist you in defect inspection and hand over keys. Keys maybe will start hand over before new year and earliest maybe next week will start. You will see me quite often when start handover keys

What i know is Block A first then only Block B, but the time in between both block will be very short only, we agency also still waiting for developer confirmation as we need to standby in condo once start vp. Just to intro myself to the owners and potential buyers here first

Dear Block A owners, you should have received VP letter which dated 16/12/15 as CCC been approved and obtained. For Block B, still not clear. You will need to settle the following:
- 4 mths of Charges and Sinking Fund
- 2 mths of Deposit
- Fire Insurance
Please call Developer for clarification if you are still yet to receive letter.

property management company have the right to collect deposits, furthermore, following the rulling of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT ACT(2015), developer have the right to charge deposit.

and the said amount will eventually be kept by/into the jmb/mc accounts.

said money will also be use for the overall common are safekeeping.
