It's listed in iproperty.com. Asking price is RM675k for the 1790sf unit, from the developer.

Good thing is, it's only for CS owners, we do share the front portion of the road with TSM owners, but the units there are fairly limited.

I suppose they'll will open a bate gate that leads to the back of CS, but most probably for pedestrian traffic and not for vehicle, so some could park at the back and walk into CS, but that's just my opinion. Not sure if that's the case.

one major concern is that in the future, some selfish people (and visitors) might park their cars indiscriminately on that ONLY road that will narrow the road. getting in and out to the condo will be nightmarish if cars are parked on that road and there is no serious and hard enforcement on no-parking-on-the-road rule.

the developer has no power to ensure no one can park on the road, only MPKJ does.

good that the future residents of CS can count on you to harass MPKJ to enforce strictly the no-parking-on-the road on CS road. rclxms.gif

A future contentious issue will be the one road entry to CG, on a one lane road. Knowing some Malaysians tidak-apa and selfish attitude, they might park their cars by the road side and this will lead to narrowing of the road and making CG residents' life difficult to drive through.

I wonder whylaa the developer didnt try to put in some money to widen the road to dual lane.. I guess they chose to lower the condo price to attract buyers rather than using the money to widen the road. Though the condo price was very attractive, the reason why I hesitated to buy a unit was due to the one lane road access.

Vina developer upgraded the main road infront of the condo to dual lane. It's one of the selling points of Vina condo, and I think it's a good move.
