rental will be pretty hard because fees will be quite high..u need to rent out at least 2k++ to break even ur loan repayment amount.

resell value sure can shoot up to at least 800k and i can quite sure that it will be hard for sell...

in conclusion, but for own stay and dun buy because of you wan to sell it in the future

block B facing north hv a lot...but facing south left few..overall block B left 50% only

nope..both you wont face it. sun rise at east ma n set at west...your balcony facing either north or south so you wont feel that so heat
