For Ambank, once the construction completed 60%, you may apply to start serving loan.

It was required to inform bank that you want to start serving the loan instead of paying the progressive interest. I remember must fill up a form.

Other banks I am unsure.

Am started since 1st payment release and it was back to Sept 2013.

Another update from me after chatting with Ms Po Chin yesterday

I asked the following questions in which she will pass the message to Ronald:
1) Update on the status of name appeal to MPKJ
2) Developer compliance to Strata Management Act 2013 on the charges determination (RM300 vs RM400++)
3) The completion status of common facilities during VP
4) Estimated timeline of actual VP for Block A and B
5) Assurance of quality for the final products during VP

I have also rewrote a cover letter on the appeal just in case if unsuccessful with mentioning HDA (Control and Licensing) where sales brochure overide the contract, see link below:

I also proposed to meet up with Ronald preferably at the site during weekend so that many of us can join in as well as see the final product.

Po Chin will further confirm with me on the outcome so hope everything shall be settled before VP.
