Afaik...It will Vo together cz it launched together..unless lik other condo got phase 2 phase 3...
Suddenly feel d pressure to pay the interest...now 250 per month..next dunno how much >.< |

den is pretty fast if car park included...2 floors in 1 month...shd see the whole building at the end of next year

yup..it shd b coz once the bank paid 80% of the money then the interest that we are going to pay is about full monthly payment..haih

mine 2.35 lo...but ok le..cz mine all kena rejected only 1 bank approved..huhu...luckily able to buy it...
nextime every month hv to fork out 3k including maintenance for this condo  |
