i see ,which bank u try? kinda slow man~
btw, ur house face south or north view ?
i plan to book the north view @ higher than 10th floor , how is the view from there ?
and i worry on which block will kena sun from morning til night , do u know bout tis ?

i tried alliance bank only..now i tried other banks as well..
face which side forget jor but i kno i m facing the front, balakong area...

i kno my area wont kena sun le..hehe...

in fact, i was thinking, is casa green rly that good n worth around 600k?

finally signed off S&P and Loan Agreement
hope it will be a good purchase.
really cannot wait for the show house
it seems like last few days the road construction progress speed up
many lorries and trucks loaded in the site

Low price per sqft, but due to large size, sums up to RM600K+ per unit.
No showroom. Road to the site seems small and easily congest.
Interesting got jogging track, each house is corner units, and RM10K to book.

Any buyer or anyone wanna share their thoughts? Not sure good to stay / investment.

personally i feel this is good for own stay, investment wise still not as chun as KL area but the price still can grow and untung a bit haha.. rclxms.gif

I went to their sales office today. Block A is 95% sold, left a few units only. Block B already open for sale, about 20% sold.

Block B is about 20K more expensive than Block A. To me, it is good for own stay but not for investment.

Booked a unit yesterday for own stay- block A left few unit but block B still got 80% left
I think is reasonable pricing if compare to others project

b4 that left not much choice i also plan to take that but when im ready to pay deposit suddenly higher floor have another available unit for me.

Great to hear you have finally executed the S&P, me too signed on the 14 th Dec ,
Have you managed to see whether the road is completed yet, bro.

hi..... juz booked a unit Block A today...
Block A i think left no more than 10 units....
Block B also like selling fast... i think about 40% sold...
the show unit is under construction and target ready by march....
