Nada 2 ssth - copycat of citra hill single storey.. Same size.. Same no of bed/bath rooms.. Same floor plan.. I think the built up will be the same also abt 1300sqft..
Never thought they gonna launch single storey type at nada 2.. I thought it will be another double storey phase or semi d.. Could be a strategy to attract buyers with the price starting < 400k.. Since their nada 3 sales quite slow due to the price at the high side.. Ppl may have other option such as nilai impian with the price tag of 550k, which is a big township plan, closer to bdr baru nilai, closer to education hub etc. I saw 2 huge billboard of nada 2 at plus highway. Price fr 378k.. They Kaw2 marketing now.. |
