Overall I think this SP's projects the price are quite OK for DSL as it didnt exceed 600K. Its good they build new townships in NS area but I think they ddidnt build commercial areas there right?

yes seri pajam till now still didn't build any commercial / highrise / or even township.
only small small size S to M township they can lah hehe

So the residents have to drive quite far la just to go to grocery or laundry shops etc? Should build la some shoplots for the convenience of the residents!

Kinda agree with you, my bet it should be 20x70. If 22x70, it will be a bonus to the buyer.

I bought first phase 280k, 22x70 in citra hill, single storey.. Kinda have some paper gain, yes?
Sapu in no time? I am not sure, but phase 1 Nada alam, double storey 22x70 at 470k quite fast kena sapu already

Totally agreed with you, bought my terrace in 2012, so far they have not build any shoplots yet. All residential units only.

for their Dmayang Sari project which in nilai, many amenities close by like giant and tesco

so should be no problem..

This one lembu depan rumah lalu woo..i shocked liao..suddenly reminds my kampung coz that raya season ive to skip my trip to myhometown

16 sierra i think many stray dogs also rite.. (last august i visited there..now dunno ok or not..)

cap ayam township plan lah nada alam but seri pejam selling overprice until now nada 3 still not fully sold, posters are everywhere in putrajaya till now.
what the township there only have school & mosque site..no highrise, no commercial, no shoplot, no dewan, no shopping complex.

Nada 2 ssth - copycat of citra hill single storey.. Same size.. Same no of bed/bath rooms.. Same floor plan.. I think the built up will be the same also abt 1300sqft..

Never thought they gonna launch single storey type at nada 2.. I thought it will be another double storey phase or semi d.. Could be a strategy to attract buyers with the price starting < 400k.. Since their nada 3 sales quite slow due to the price at the high side.. Ppl may have other option such as nilai impian with the price tag of 550k, which is a big township plan, closer to bdr baru nilai, closer to education hub etc.

I saw 2 huge billboard of nada 2 at plus highway. Price fr 378k.. They Kaw2 marketing now..

Wil rather take Bdr Putera Klang 2 by IOI rather than this overprice project...somewhere in..Nilai / seremban......

visited Dmayang's show unit today, the size of the toilet is the only let down, incredibly small...
