1 question....lets say i buy the apps that run on my A phone....but after awhile i sold off my A phone and get a B phone...will i still able to download the apps to my B phone?

well, you also need to read why the app was given a bad rate, its not because of the gameplay, its because they add in app purchase, so the gameplay still good, dont think the new in app purchase going to make the existing level tougher, maybe in next level update.

The only common way besides vouchers are to use credit/ debit card. The reason why it needs your CC/ DC is for future purchases, saves the hassle of entering card info again.

I'm somewhat old school-I like to purchase something, and be given something complete. If developers still enforce in app purchasing to complete a level, the base app should be free.

Having people buy an app only to be stuck due to severely limited abilities is just wrong.

Thank God the reviews for apps are simply amazing for Android, due to its large and active community. You can scroll through the recent ones and understand why was the app given a 1/2-star.
