I need help here. Just got the Dell 24" widescreen with my Asus 9600XT. But I can't seem to use the full resolution 1920x1200, the screen will freeze/hang in an all black screen.
Cannot off the LCD at all. Have to pull the power cable and plug in again. It will be ok for a while but will happen again in less than 30 seconds. Now using 1440x900 without the problems. Does this means the 9600XT cannot handle ar? Or could it be my Abit BD7's AGP 4x slot? Please help. This post has been edited by blurjoey: Feb 24 2007, 12:13 PM |

Hey guys,
My Asus 9600XT fan spoilt and I think Now the gfx card got hurt by "fever".... Whenever I play 3d game like WoW... sometimes there is artifact.. If I Play other normal game or using window application, It seem quite alright... Anyone know a cure for this solution or it is permanent already? |

According to the specification given on the website... 96xt should be able to support the resolution u needed for ur 24" native. Try update ur driver and see if that fix the problem |
