Actually depends on the consultant that day one la. Like me, last time my BB keypad cannot function, went to celcom center (I signed celcom plan), they 1-1 exchange.

And my maxis line, I was terminated the line but they still bill me, I went to Pyramid branch, the ret*rded consultant said they can't do anything, must pay full amount (400+!!). Lukcily I didn't pay and go to Klang branch, this time is a pretty lady serve me, and I explain the same thing like what I told to pyramid one, and the pretty lady immediately help me to appeal for waive the amount. ends up I just need to pay 1month (RM50).

What I'm trying to say is, malaysia customer service line most are same one, have to depends on ur luck, see whether can meet a REAL CS or those malas malas nowan work one. and one more thing, be GARANG, this could help u in advance, but of course if pretty lady no nid so garang la..

Anyone having issue downloading app updates via wifi? I am getting "could not be downloaded due to an error 403"

Able to update programs via 3g connectiion. Am using rooted but stock rom.

I wanted to share my battery stats with others

In a 12 hours 36 minutes period .... my phone went into deep sleep for 11 hours 42 minutes since i unplugged my phone from charging, and let it idle.

I'm using wanam 3.7 dude. scrolling experience is smooth like butter. But I do get some lag when I open my long log list and a little delay here and there. Overall still usable and its smooth.

i managed to get a 1-to-1 replacement via digi. But that's one day after I used the phone, I found out that the battery couldn't be charged! I demand a 1-to-1 since it's only 1 day old!

Never heard service centre give 1 to 1 exchange before. Samsung shop maybe can give 1 to 1 exchange if you check your phone infront of them at the time you buy and found got defect. Once out from their shop then have to say sayonara for any 1 to 1 exchange

Silly quiestion again, normally the default setting for Titanium backup, where do the file save? And where to change if i want the files backup into extSDcard?

the pic is not mine but my phone have similar cracks on the side... both sides. I got mine (white) from Celcom 1 or 2 days after launch in Msia... a month later already notice got line.. now can feel the crack already...
