i dont feel any smoother/faster on them.

unlocking bootloader is the process that force you to wipe phone.

samsung phones bootloader not lock, can root without wipe data.

duno why nexus phone bootloader locked.
but not a problem since first thing i do when got it was to unlock bootloader and root

at first i dont like it. but its no choice, without it the cover will not stick to the front.

i rather it has 2 layer magnet then use a rubber band to tie it.

Go launcher. But it looks horrible.

at first, i hate the phone UI very much. it looks horrible.
then i tried the dpi method, works ok, but it cause problem with play store, many apps cant download.

so tried the tablet UI patch, it was great, but then its still feels weird having such a small tablet.

use back the phone UI feel its very nice again.
because i hold it in portrait mode most of the time, even when browsing.

finally i settle on phone UI.
the 3 buttons easy to press.
tablet UI the 3 buttons too close to each other.

at the end of the day its up to your preference.
paranoid is the nicest rom for me so far, because it has the feature to hide/unhide both the navigation bar.
making any app to be full screen.

i only open some flash link using firefox, it never hang before.

this official case review on youtube, it was't well made and bad built quality.
the front cover is flimzy and cant be used as a stand. and no smart cover feature.
the front cover cant stick close to the tablet, no magnet/velcro/band to keep it in place, it will fall open easily.
