Dongle definitely cannot as you need USB drivers for that. Infact so far i know only Acer Iconia tab has such drivers - most other Android tablets cannot or do not have such drivers enabled - this was about 6 months ago info. Now maybe those newer other branded Android could have drivers ( positive Samsung tablets does not have )

Can some one with YES dongle try this and confirm workable

Boot to fast boot mode n flash back stock image
Make sure you copy the stock image in the sub folder put Google image here under the g nexus toolkit folder
Download the stock image from Google developer website

Just follow my earlier instructions
Use g nexus toolkit not wugfresh to rrflash stock image
Just need 5 mins only to revive tablet

Google developer site latest official image is JR003D
Yours is JR003S - is this a leaked image
Please advise the download link of this JR003S

This CANNOT be flash with toolkit - you can only flash it through recovery mode
It is not the official google released version but AN EXTRACTED VERSION

The wugfresh looks simpler - if you are comfortable with it , go ahead and continue using it
I have restore stock image 4 times ( one for myself and 3 times for my friends ) using the G nexus toolkit and each time was a breeze

Sure you can use the G nexus toolkit even though you use other tools to root your N7

Mine i bought from ebay. Requested replacement and replacement was fine . It will not dim screen when you turn it back
It will auto dim when you close and auto on screen when you open it

It is an open secret that many non USA based users has bypass Google limitation and manage to get the us$25. I find it strange Google allow this. It is impossible they are not aware of such a stunt
I would think k they have purposely allow such practice N now decided to pull the plug off such faked users
For those users who have successfully got the us$25 and spend all of it, it was indeed a free gift from Google
My experience was seamlessly smooth, thanks to forumer yolk well written guide. Now only left us0.13

Except for books.movies, mags it is not necessary to set your location to US anymore
All apps can be purchased even with the "faked" credit card removed once the US$25 is in your account
Just choose the pay balance when you wish to buy any app

Advisable to do so before flashing

Actually i still do not know what is the issue here
After you have used nearly up your US$25, Just go to google wallet and delete your faked credit card details will do
What has this got to do with changing country - delete card everything is gone

Strange some users cannot get to spend the us25
Some get suspended after 30sep
Some even cannot use back own account to download app
Google works in strange ways
No one really know why this happened

Such users deserved to be ban if they do such

Any charger with USB port that can charge Samsung tablet or ipad will do. Look for output 2A

Bricked mine when trying to flash kaos droid rom
It refused to boot n constantly boot to recovery mode
Cannot even switched off
Allow battery to die n tried reboot n same scenario

Sent in service center n bad news motherboard neef replace. Lucky is FOC but need 1 to 2 weeks for motherboard to be in
Still wondering how this happen. I used standard methods flashing wiping everything
