Our N7 default build is JR003D while these days quite a number of custom roms is based on JR003L. Infact there is now available a version JR003S just announced yesterday

Only difference is camera - choose whichever you wish
Anyway having camera function is "stupid" - how are you going to take a nice well position shot when you cannot even view what you are taking

The bookcase is defective - faced similar issue and have it replaced , no more such issue
Those playbook, play movie icons still remain even with VPN disconnected
Only playbooks you can still launch and used. Just ignore message you can not buy books in your country and choose sync. Your purchased ebooks will reappear and you can download those purchases again if you have not done so. When reading the ebooks it will automatically detect your last read position when i switch to read it on my Galaxy Note and I too can download those ebooks i did not fully download on my Galaxy Note without need to use VPN connections

About the slow charging issue, I do not used the default charger - still intact inside box. I only used the original cable and connect it to my ipad generic deskcharger ( choosing the 2A usb port). Full charge takes about 3.5 hours from about 5%

Is a bug in both twrp n clockworkmod recovery due to bootloader. You need to be connected to pc to boot into recovery mode with hard buttons
