I personally know a friend who did that for TG2. But then, another fren who bought 8 units in TG1 is laughing all way to the bank already. Loans all done too. Damn shiok

I heard about the similar "wah..so expensive price per sq. ft." years after years in areas such as DESA PARK CITY, KOTA D'SARA.

I have heard this for past 10 years since property surge at 300psf -1000psf

On paper, it was damn expensive at that time, but in real life, the so called high price became affordable over period of times. And peoples start talking that those initiate investor in DPC and KD made ton of $$$.

The same scenario recur and recur..so..every one has different thinking..no right or wrong.

Just my personal opinion, i tend to look at the price per sq.ft. in a broader way. I believe local investors is not the only market target of the nowaday major developer. Their targeted investors are local + regional investors from other countries like Singapore, China, Japan etc.

Another view is what we think the price per sq. ft. for this kind of development says:
- 5 to 10 years later in Malaysia?
- the existing PSF of the similar type of development in other similar standard countries around us says Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam etc?

I am trying to view it from the regional angle. The regional market shall slowly adjust itself over period of time.

Just my view, i may be wrong.

Wow... Took some time to go thru 44 pages. I have just joined LYN. really enjoyed the input and advise from the members here. Thank you very much.

I have just booked the studio unit TG2, only one more left after that. Really hope it is the right decision, will know for sure once TG3 & TG4 launched.

Yes, one studio and a few 3 br. Price is around 1300 psf before discount.

After I bought few days ago, only 2 biji studio left.
Price is damn expensive, but I have confidence about this project.
With DIJAYA TG + SUNWAY NEXIS linking together, the potential is great.

Yeah! I believe this will be the centre of PJ City / Damansara moving forward. Plus Kwasa Damansara in the near future. The authorities jas gotta get the traffic / access right.

Agreed. The existing Kota d'sara main road is the pain in the a##. Lucky I worked around the D'sara Sain Park, so manage to skip the main road from NKVE.

A wider road shall be able to ease the traffic to certain extend. The + junction traffic lights are the main cause of jam.

mine would be in level 30s, facing the TG1 penthouse (hopefully having view like Penthouse magazine, hehehe)

RM1200/1300 is about the same as 2nd tower. I hope the 3rd tower will be higher. Maybe RM1500

awaiting the launch and announcement of pricing for phase 3 with bated breath.
does anybody know if phase 3 will be any different from ph1 & 2 in terms of sizes and finishes ?
the way prices have gone up really baffles me. at the rate things are going, will it transact at RM1700psf in the secondary market when phase 1 VP in end 2016?
possible ? just sounds too good to be true unless there is a wave of foreign interest. or is the market just over reacting to the hype ? If this is real all malaysians should just do nothing but invest in real estate ?? laugh.gif
