I never hated Busquets. He is a key player and silent worker who doesnt get as much recognition as other attacking players. Agree that he has dived less than before

Cristiano Ronaldo also used to dive, esp during his MU days. But now he also stopped. Lets hope Neymar will be the same

1)because the board reckons he is the best person A- To get the best out of our players, not every manager can play a squad which average height is shorter than most other youth squads, let alone full grown squads. B- who has the nous of the tiki taka football ala Pep's good old friend Bielsa henceforth ala Pep. C- speaks spanish, a language all players understand

All in all, the club wants a person to continue Rijkard's/Pep's legacy, play attacking and dominating football. Whether tiki taka is still the way to go is debatable. Pep's version of tiki taka is the tweaked version of the Dutch's total football, so all Tata needs to do is to tweak Pep's version of tiki taka to overcome the shortcomings of the previous tried and trusted system, but still playing beautiful attacking football. Can he? He'd better because that's what the board is banging on.

Achievements - Not much. Paraguay NT under him went to quarter finals of WC (losing to eventual winners Spain) and final of confeds cup. Agree. But fans will still be worried at first with Tata's lack of track record, and will be more confident as Tata win more games. Last time, I was so doubtful when Pep lost his first league game. But it turned out to be the only few games they would lose that season. As for Tito, he inherited a great team with all the systems in place. Take no credit away from him, but his job is easier than Pep who rebuilt the whole team.

If you read the title carefully, it was long ago.
And some of them in the videos aren't even dives.

I'd say Tata has a better track record than Pep and/or Tito.
Managing a World Cup team to QF and Argentinian club in the league and Copa Liber (sp?) is a different kettle of fish to Tercera Division (3rd division of La Liga).

You seem to have already made up your mind that Busi and Pedro are serial divers.
If you have followed their careers properly since many years ago, you would've known that most of the dive fame was from the El Clasico encounters a couple of seasons ago.
