Thanks for that!
I thought of buying Soilbuildbiz previously but I'm worried with the oversupply of industrial space in SG. sweat.gif

ya, duwan another sabana... another aimsampi ok! tongue.gif

i was wary too when i bought soilbuildbiz but the analyses i read seemed to ok'ed it then.
i bought 0.79 in may 2014, still 0.79 now.
yield 7.8%, can consider...

u mentioned firstreit, #5 top performer in 2014.
i been adding bit by bit... just added a bit today 1.255.
yield 6.4% is still ok.

note ex rate sgd/rm today 2.6565/2.6435.
getting harder n harder...

the 4 u listed r good enough. maybe consider firstreit as well.

resident or non, div tax... i think u can't.

depending on the counter n div type, some are tax free, some r taxed. no exemption/refund, i believe. best to check with yr broker.

sgd/rm today 2.6745/2.6625.

there is one thing u may want to think about.

prices may be high based on nav but nav is not always a factor to determine price.

given the shix we see, i can imagine thousands of people with rm now running off to nearby sg to park $, seeking shelter.

so, think about if this will have an impact on sgreit price... tongue.gif

europe economy overall is not good. but german economy not too bad, probably the strongest one.

also, when there is panic, people go to bonds. reits are proxy to bonds...

today sgd/rm... 2.6875/2.6745.

with rm, very hard to buy any and when prices are edging up all the time, e.g. capitamall n firstreit.

yes, will have to accumulate div to buy. board lot 100 units coming, right?

not looking at new counters at all, will just add bits; probably soilbuildbiz n aimsampi as their yields r still good.

unlikely to add ireit global as it is still not liquid; hope liquidity improve with first div announcement.

soilbuildbiz - said previously, it is very stable, been at 0.79 forever, boring!
yield 7.8%, div paid twice a year, not 4 times.

keppel dc - this one is new, right?
