Ah, understood, Bro. After purchase the R or R1 at 0.2 and have to pay 0.695 right issue price to convert it as normal unit. Total cost = 0.2+0.695=0.895. So it is still about Market price.
I tot we can buy at 0.695 from market.lol

In Standard Chartered Online Trading, wouldn't it show you the latest price if you refresh the screen ? I'm not too sure. I'm sorry - I use an Aussie platforms. These are not real time too,but refreshing the screen will serve the purpose.

I have tried with Stanchart, DBS and Aussie platforms. Aussie platforms are better in terms of many areas.

Sometimes,... it's really hard to monitor if too many holdings,.. as it is today, I have 10 counters in the SGX,... I find it tedious to follow,.....

E commerce warehouses are configured different than normal warehouses. They are catered for smaller items, but lots of different items. They also have fast/automatic/robotic goods retrieval and packaging section. These warehouses also includes a small office on site, and loading section for small parcel delivery company.

The auto racking system, goods retrieval and packing sections will consume much more capex than normal warehouse.

Advantage is.. there is higher demand for e-comm warehouses compared to normal warehouses.
