Ah, understood, Bro. After purchase the R or R1 at 0.2 and have to pay 0.695 right issue price to convert it as normal unit. Total cost = 0.2+0.695=0.895. So it is still about Market price.
I tot we can buy at 0.695 from market.lol  biggrin.gif

In Standard Chartered Online Trading, wouldn't it show you the latest price if you refresh the screen ? I'm not too sure. I'm sorry - I use an Aussie platforms. These are not real time too,but refreshing the screen will serve the purpose.

I have tried with Stanchart, DBS and Aussie platforms. Aussie platforms are better in terms of many areas.
*
I used Citibank and they are pretty much real time.

But opinion is unqualified,... not qualified,... means it's the auditor's own 'feelings' only, right ? Nothing to substantiate,...
*
Ahem

It's still an auditor who is raising a red flag. Unqualified normally means he did not exhibit the details.

prices going up always better than coming down.

i rather buy as prices go up or steady rather than down, down, down! biggrin.gif

but yes, little chance to get into strong ones.
the best thing that can happen is those rights issues - sure winners with strong ones.

been thru with aims, kdc and now capitacomm.

waiting for suntec to do something like that... this one also looking like returning to record high price...

I am thinking when the dividend yields are chased up and compressed while the income is stagnating or worsening, it is time to SELL.

Mathematically, would drop by 20%,... but this is free mkt,... so, may not be exactly this. Whatever it is, after the bonus issues are 'given' to us, the benefits should even up,... it's okay,...

Most important is we MUST GET HOLD OF THE BONUS ISSUES. This is free after all,... and CAN'T BE SOLD AWAY. Either way, this event is compelling us to take-up the free shares. I call it a mandatory event.

Make sure all your conditions are in place to receive the Bonus Shares if your holdings are with CDP.

If your holdings are with a Custodian Bank, no further actions necessary.

E commerce warehouses are configured different than normal warehouses. They are catered for smaller items, but lots of different items. They also have fast/automatic/robotic goods retrieval and packaging section. These warehouses also includes a small office on site, and loading section for small parcel delivery company.

The auto racking system, goods retrieval and packing sections will consume much more capex than normal warehouse.

Advantage is.. there is higher demand for e-comm warehouses compared to normal warehouses.
