Buy using FSM SG, then transfer over to Standard chartered/just leave in in FSM (have to ask them whether dividend will be in FSM cash account/bank into your account)
Pay FSM SG using USD cheque from Standard chartered (dividend from manulife)

Guys,..be careful of such predictions,.... don't pour in everything just because of this write-up !

Some big events happened with Manulife US REIT recently,... an acquisition, the first one in New Jersey, USA and a Private Placement, again the first one,... since IPO.

I think the mkt still does not know how to read this REIT yet,... Today is XD for the Advanced Dividend,... The Existing Units and the New Units from the Private Placement will start trading TOGETHER on Thursday, June 29th,.... Not sure if the price will drop to the Private Placement price on that morning.

ya monitor 29th if want collect .

today after ex div should be about .88; .89.. but instead went ROCKET!!!
