I think CMT properties do not have much potential to have positive rental revision. Dpu is also mostly flat. But still ok for now.

RTO is reverse take over, where a company take over an empty listed company and inject properties. It will be likely a share reverse split and follow by a big rights issue. RTO can only fail if dont get shareholder approval.

I have not follow saizen for some time so i am not familiar with the details.
