For those want to open Maybank KE, take note that to open their Multi-Currency e-Pay (MCEP) together with a USD account as the min amount to keep inside the USD account is USD1. shocking.gif Cheapest in whole of SG biggrin.gif rclxms.gif thumbup.gif

MY Reits got nothing to do with US as the loans are all within Malaysia. SG on the other hand borrow interest rate from US. I wonder how was SG FD before the 2008 crisis considering interest was at ~6% in the US...

What's wrong with CMT? The manager seems to be ok. Gearing, returns, more or less ok. They have 16 suburban malls which can be defensive. I would like to hear why you say so so. notworthy.gif
