thanks deepcool for the entry, anyways from the chinese website i think they changed a piece of plastic which blocked the cool air, im not sure which is he talking about? any comprehensive guide on how to change the position of the hdd to the dvd rom slot?heard it brings down the temp a lot

My hdd highest temp is 50C...quite close to 55C already... sweat.gif

5-55 is ambient temperature. Means your room temperature. Environment temperature. NOT HDD temperature. READ CAREFULLY~

i don't think ur SSD will overheat, SSD has higher heat tolerance

im running out of games to play ><
almost all high-demand latest games played already ==

From deepcool0922 review, he concluded that HDD bay is not effective dissipate heat generated by HDD.
He swapped the HDD to a cooler ODD bay & caddy with better heat dissipation to improve HDD cooling. SSD is cooler & put it on HDD bay.

His results is SSD at 30C & HDD at 40C as below pic. thumbup.gif

SSD do not have temperature sensor. the 30C just a ddummy.
