Oh..i think theres supposed to be a standardization on how they carry the investigation and passing the judgement. I find it weird eh and anyone knows why terry decide to end his international career? Does it has any connection to this case?
*
they will do it in a standard way. Just the difference between Terry and Suarez case is the police civil trial. So whatever evidence and statement under oath used during the civil trial will also be used in football trial.

terry decide to end his international career precisely because of this case.

Ahhh thanks for the insights! So there will be another fa trial against terry coming soon eh? Sorry for the barrage of questions laugh.gif

Its just that i wonder, if the police trial have found terry to be not at fault, why does the fa still want to have a trial of their own against terry? They brought up most evidence already and cleared him from any racists remarks.

both trial have different pur pose and mediating method. What is wrong done in a football field doesnt necessarily mean its a civil offence. In short, civil court requires a much heavier burden of proof which terry can strill escape through the net. But the FA net is much more finer. The burden of proof is less. The FA can judge a person by propability so if Terry escape a civil offense (jailterm), does not mean he clear football offense (match ban). I think FA case is clear cut already as i am not mistaken, some of his statement under oath during the trial already enough charge him in football court.

64% - England won 64% of the 78 games that John Terry played, compared to 59% in the 32 matches without him (since his debut).

Found not guilty after a court case but that was not good enough for the FA. WTF doh.gif
Btw, no more worries about international break after this. rclxms.gif

Carlo Ancelotti: “John Terry is the captain of all team captains, he was born with the captain’s armband on his arm.”

Scolari : “For John Terry, dying in the pitch would be glory. You would need to kill him and maybe even then, he would still play”

Ray Wilkins: ”Do we have the character of John Terry within these people I’m talking about? My answer to that is probably ‘No, we don’t’, because he doesn’t only care about his own performance – he cares about other people’s performances as well. I don’t think we’ve got the characters about now like John Terry.”

Gary Lineker: ”Whatever you think about John Terry, he always gave his absolute all on the field for England. A strong leader and great defender.”
