i think they might get a better shot this season. remember they started the season so badly but still at top 3.

this season they got better player on the field..

yeap... the difference between padolski and RVP are well shared by other new signings. they hardly missed him now.

but they will not even close of giving a shot.

I think there must be some biased judgement in such events. Like suarez kena 8 matches because its united.
Terry got off scott free because its qpr.
I think the bigness of a club affects the judgement alittle.
*
i have read the break down of the 8 match sanction. Something the line of 3 days for offensive remark + special 2 days because it racist type + 3 days because suarez did it repetetively.

terry only said it once to Ferdinand so max he can get only 5 days.

Terry got off scott free because its it was police investigation which is less strict. Suarez also will get off scott-free if it was criminal police invetigation. The FA will do their best to make sure Terry get 5 days at least.

Oh..i think theres supposed to be a standardization on how they carry the investigation and passing the judgement. I find it weird eh and anyone knows why terry decide to end his international career? Does it has any connection to this case?
*
they will do it in a standard way. Just the difference between Terry and Suarez case is the police civil trial. So whatever evidence and statement under oath used during the civil trial will also be used in football trial.

terry decide to end his international career precisely because of this case.

Ahhh thanks for the insights! So there will be another fa trial against terry coming soon eh? Sorry for the barrage of questions laugh.gif

Its just that i wonder, if the police trial have found terry to be not at fault, why does the fa still want to have a trial of their own against terry? They brought up most evidence already and cleared him from any racists remarks.
*
both trial have different pur pose and mediating method. What is wrong done in a football field doesnt necessarily mean its a civil offence. In short, civil court requires a much heavier burden of proof which terry can strill escape through the net. But the FA net is much more finer. The burden of proof is less. The FA can judge a person by propability so if Terry escape a civil offense (jailterm), does not mean he clear football offense (match ban). I think FA case is clear cut already as i am not mistaken, some of his statement under oath during the trial already enough charge him in football court.

Chelsea captain John Terry has been banned for four games by the Football Association

Terry has also been handed a £220,000 fine by the FA

offside goal it could be tricky at the time, but a hand goal you ll definitely know it, cause it hit your hand.

if you know you are wrong, admit it. Football is not playing with "hand" my friend, is not like we can cheat if other acknowledge it? doh.gif

people are asking for a fair game, we try to kick racism out of the game, try to get technology into the game to get better judgment on the play.

end of the day, it show your character, who you are, next time even if you score it with your body, people will assume it is your hand. Same goes to diving, if you keep play acting/diving in the penalty box, you wont get your decision next time even if you are getting faulted.

you ll earn your respect if you win it with your hard work, sorry to say cheating is like stealing.

I agree. I especially despised those taking it for the team cheat.
