If the MRT interchange not at Cheras Sentral, then how about the stations expected to be at Alam Damai, Bandar Damai Perdana? Not feasible that the alignment from Suntex then cutting through housing areas to come to this part of town right?

So slow, many thought this one will end up terbengkalai.

no more cheras sentral station. it changed to connaught station.

according the picture map...alam damai station may change to tun perak (near casa Green condo) and seri taming (near Vina condo). both stations also consider near alam damai.

good to see no more spur line.
if follow this latest map. cheras inner east areas get better coverage.

Would you agree that, from the map, in general, the property price (except KL down town area)
(1) around the blue line are higher than those around green line, OR
(2) around the blue line are lower than those around green line, OR
(3) no significant

Looks like the MRT line 1 & 2 interchange still provision at Taman Connaught station.

The MRT 1 & 2 interchange station was never moved out of Cheras Sentral. The land between Cheras Sentral and Tmn Len Seng has already been reserved by SPAD, not sure whether it is gazeted.

I would vote for (1). The blue line is currently under construction, so the price of its properties already increased.

I believe the maximum period developers could obtained is 4 years, and mostly 3.5 years. No point for developers/contractors to main-main as material cost and manpower cost are keep going up.

Btw, the project suffering serious delay.
