If the MRT interchange not at Cheras Sentral, then how about the stations expected to be at Alam Damai, Bandar Damai Perdana? Not feasible that the alignment from Suntex then cutting through housing areas to come to this part of town right?

Would you agree that, from the map, in general, the property price (except KL down town area) (1) around the blue line are higher than those around green line, OR (2) around the blue line are lower than those around green line, OR (3) no significant
