Some buyers have some misunderstanding or wrong pereptions that this project is within walking distance to MRT station.

but with 400psf, it still looks like a steal for early buyers............

ecin boss, what's the selling price for those dropped units?

450psf if I remember correctly .. 12.5% already, very good

It's actually within walking distance in the future. Have to walk through accolade, tunnel/pedestrian bridge then phoenix plaza and cross the highway.
Estimate 15-25 minutes when all the amenities are available

well, that is if the proposed link bridge on the 5th floor doesnt materialise. in terms of it eventuating...only time will tell whistling.gif

As of now, we can hear commitment to build linkbridge from Level 5 to Accolade. Anything beyond that is not confirmed or known......

I will try to foresee it will come...imagine many people using that road for walking and no safe pedestrian walking paths.... Who foot the bill? Local council or developer???

it's not that treacherous. if you study the whole accolade master plan, there'll be tunnels connecting the 2 sides of accolade and also pedestrian bridge.

i went to the site itself. the engineer/contractor is kind enough to let me see the blueprint.

Heard early buyer got lower than 400psf especially for those unit above size of 1k sf
