It'll take time to materialise as centre point is not fully build yet. Price will be nice too as it's just beside phoenix plaza.

Developer doesn't allow transfer. Must show birth cert only can transfer. Lol

how many floor is this new devt? any other sources or info? hmmm...if its higher than connaught avenue, those who bought the high flr kl view units will not be pleased...

If I recall correctly, Maxim didnt charge any premium on views right?
Views are almost never permanent... i also a bit surprise some project charge like 20-50k for view

nope, no premium on views. but was told that if i wanted unobstructed views of the kl city skyline, i should take units above level 27 (which includes a bigger lanai). considering the price premium per floor and the bigger sqf space due to the lanai...think it amounts to at least 30-40k more compared to lower floor units of the same built-up (minus the lanai)

connaught avenue side is initially plan for shop lots right???
i remember hearing news the shop lots plan had been scrapped... now will be high rise.. how high then I not sure...
may be need to check with accolade

According to some sources, The Lease to EconSave still have a balance of about 15years left form the Original Lease of 25 years. Some Tenants have just renewed their Lease with EconSave for another 2 years.
If the Land Owner take back the Land from EconSave before the Lease mature, then they will have to pay quite a Huge Sum to Compensate EconSave.
So, in other words, the Parcel of Land where EconSave is sitting on may not be Developed so soon by next year I guess.

15 years is still long to go... Probably accolade will only touch them after they finish the maxim side project first
