So, does it still sound harsh, or already better than the m50w?

How does the speaker perform while watching movies and gaming? I know swan speakers would be amazing for music but not too sure about movie and gaming. Can comment a bit about those? Your responses are greatly appreciated

oh ya, i forgot u owned sp2500 also before!!! positioning is great now itself(i guess i will be even more amazed of it later with the H4 ) but the most worrying of all is bass performance while watching movies and playing games

I dont think I can play a movie with the demo speakers right? music can la...

oh, so you have both? nice!! thing is my sp2500 is in hospital now lol. So I have been looking around for a replacement and stumbled upon swan and the H4 intrigues me. twice the price of sp2500 minus the sub

but if you wanna get a sub, the H4 cost more than the X3

yup, SP2500 is one really good speaker

I am hoping keyoke can tell a lil bit about his experience since Im kinda skeptical that heavyarm will have a H4 connected to a H6 sub lol.

for me, the temps and the fact that I will actually need three plugs for it is the real issue, so hopefully this speakers are actually better than the sp2500 when it comes to bass performance.

My real disappointment with the sp2500 is that you can't feel the bass, you can hear it but it doesn't give you that chest rumbling feel. Other than that its fine only because I've never really hard a better setup lol. Guess I'm gonna put it up for sale soon!

Instead it fires into another chamber, which is then tuned and ported to the outside. This has several advantages. First of all is the tightness and response of the bass due to the sealed speaker unit. The second is that the tuned port will only pass through the specific range of sound intended by the designers. The third is that since the woofer is sealed, we do not experience the same type of “huffing” through the port. The only real disadvantage here is the required use of more power to achieve adequate sonic pressure to get to the volume levels desired. Hence the need for 120 watts of power to the sub."

cyntrixtech lets say if I had a choice to go for either H4 + H10,or H5 + H6,which one would be a better, more logical buy for a pretty small room? Or is the safest is to just go for H4 + H6?need an honest opinion from you here

Thing is if you get a different brand sub, you might end up with something which doesn't blend well with your mk2. But if you must, maybe a second hand polk audio sub or something?

But maybe try to get a second hand H6. Or maybe even audioengine s8.

I am also puzzled lol. But i guess those swan subs are really something that they are asking such a huge price for it

But the thing is, if you get another brand and it sounds wrong later, no point also :/

What about H10?just abit more for a 25hz rated sub with 10 inch driver?
