Overall scale model of Bandar Puteri Bangi by IOI Properties next to Putra Mahkota Plaza Toll. .. Got TESCO there..

if i no mistaken the ioi township is also nearby bangi avenue township about few km .

IOI cover outside.. Sp setia n al bukhary group cover inside..
Bangi avenue in the middle benefits from this two big township development..
This area will boom up after 7-10years..

Sp Setia township is on the other far end.. the closest bigger town ship to BA is Serene Heights not too far away.

This area will transform due to BA that sell much more affordable housing to the general public..

Relative n frens bought.. was offered phase 2 about 2 yrs ago but I just bought bukit jalil tat time thus turned down the offer
