afaik, Mahsing's southville not only more expensive, but also smaller buid up,, Bangi Avenue looks like a better alternative,, also a shopping mall will be built,,

Developer not well know is not a Con.. if they play jual mahal like tms, sps, dijaya, u wont get such decent product at reasonable price. Transloyal aka Lee brothers is very well known in kajang. They started the whole Saujana Impiam which now plenty developer like sime darby n naza ttdi rush into that location. They have been in property development for many years

Sp Setia township is on the other far end.. the closest bigger town ship to BA is Serene Heights not too far away.

This area will transform due to BA that sell much more affordable housing to the general public..

Yeah, too over already.. better come back to Bangi Avenue.. As I said, this project has its own target and shall not same exactly as those SEH / EM.. Yeah, SEH and EM maybe intensively using hard marketing strategy but this is common now for establishing brand..  I would say that even give Transloyal another 10 years period, but with its current marketing strategy, they will never achieve the branding status as SP Setia / Ecoworld can achieve as at today... My 2 cents though...

They dont waste their land like others having big courtyard.. BA have moderate density..

Imagine, all these unnecessary cost are passed to home buyers

Other than that, yes, walls are made of concrete slab rather than brick walls.. you cant hack the wall, only use casing to conceal your wiring
Transloyal bought the piece of land much more earlier than the rest of the developer around..
But other than that, it is a normal house that are good enough for most ppl..
Good old fashion way of selling their houses...

Other developer selling expensive houses due to high marketing cost, use of land and landscaping

Friend bought and stay there.. initially I was introduced to book in 2011 (pre booking), but I pull out due to invested in other places..
So far no complain from my friend, quiet place.. I have been there twice.. there is a hypermarket.. straight access to highway about 3km away.. there is a KTM station (Station Bangi) nearby

Quality wise, need to compromise using casing to run additional plug points and wires... you cant hack as it will crack the wall.. other than that no complain from my friend so far
