this area lack of commercial unit , I guess ioi will plan well on this 1st . Ba going to start the shop lot and hypermarket too which located infront of the current phase 1 shoplots , glad to have more news

hmm , bandar seri putra and bandar bukit mahkota which near old bangi here it's really a decent living township with low density , best for living and grow child
But also because of lacking commercial area and amenities zone like bandar baru bangi made them growing slow and abit rundown . Lastly bangi height developer is concentrating on built more commercial area and try to bring in more chance of jobs to attract more people to stay , work and lepak here Oh ! Got 1 thing I need to mention is , this area population is 90% Malay or more , compare to bandar baru bangi , semenyih , and Nilai , this is abit strange . It's that bangi height bhd setting 90% bumi lot to limited the purchase ? Direct access to ktm bangi from Ba you means ? It's quite near ady , maybe the future low cost apartment will have a walking link bridge to there .
