Lastly bangi height developer is concentrating on built more commercial area and try to bring in more chance of jobs to attract more people to stay , work and lepak here

Oh ! Got 1 thing I need to mention is , this area population is 90% Malay or more , compare to bandar baru bangi , semenyih , and Nilai , this is abit strange . It's that bangi height bhd setting 90% bumi lot to limited the purchase ?

Of co's they do submit for request v.o claim on extra cost . But the developer side will bear this cost -.-a ?
If really does , that developer really nice to their subcontractor .
