AFFIN can stretch to 45 years? Thts the max tenure i found.

from what i found out during my 1st time taking loan,
example, some give blr -2.3%. some give -2.4% or whatever different amount..
some flexi can dump any amount of money to reduce the principal, some can dump money but it just counted as 'advance payment' where it will only be deducted for next month payment. some can only put money in increment of 1k, meaning you cant put rm500 as to reduce the principal..
apa lagi ek.. some have lock-in period, where u cant pay lump sum to clear off your debt in a specified amount of years, eg 3 years.

But if we stretch it for 40 over years, the interest going to be same as house price. 400k loan + 400k interest. We end up paying more. Scary man.

Offer from Citibank up to 10k cash back and free legal fee. While it may sound awesome, the cash back is 0.5% from total loan. Example for a 400k loan, we will get 2k cash back.
I'm not sure about the legal fees though. There should be a cap.

guys, went to look for Transloyal office at Kajang Impian few months back. Couldn't find it...sorry my GPS kaput. Then we decided to pusing pusing that area and found one project 'Seri Wirani 8'. Contact agent....booked straight away. hahaaaaa happy happy now. It is leasehold btw, but don't care lahh. will be juz 10 minutes breezy driving to the latest biggest mall in Malaysia, IOI City mall opening end-2014.

The price look like quite difference, 595k onwards.

that what i thought, but apparently the developer holds few units and to release later. i got it for rm670k. intermediate. but 2800 sq feet . humongous!!
best thing is near to NSE kajang exit...and near IOI city mall. have to sell my 2nd car for this house, or else mati looo. Completed june 2014. i don't know about any subsale...must be more expensive.
