The left side is Phase 1. Sold out
Right side is Phase 2 - Around 10 units still available (I went to the sales office last saturday). Construction still ground work. FYI, There will be new condo at Bandar Seri Putra. UMLand said launch June 2013 but until now, no news. I think they want to wait for southville city condo launch. |
