guys, went to look for Transloyal office at Kajang Impian few months back. Couldn't find it...sorry my GPS kaput. Then we decided to pusing pusing that area and found one project 'Seri Wirani 8'. Contact agent....booked straight away. hahaaaaa happy happy now. It is leasehold btw, but don't care lahh. will be juz 10 minutes breezy driving to the latest biggest mall in Malaysia, IOI City mall opening end-2014.

that what i thought, but apparently the developer holds few units and to release later. i got it for rm670k. intermediate. but 2800 sq feet . humongous!!
best thing is near to NSE kajang exit...and near IOI city mall. have to sell my 2nd car for this house, or else mati looo. Completed june 2014. i don't know about any subsale...must be more expensive.

Actually the address is in Putrajaya but it is at the edge of Putrajaya right on Bangi & Serdang & Putrajaya border. So it is kinda closer for Bangi resident than Putrajaya precinct 5,6,19 residents . The upcoming mega mall - IOI City Mall is about the size of Mid Valley, and it is juz next to Uniten...inside the vicinity of IOI Garden Resort. Its only 5 minutes driving on straight road from NSE Kajang Exit, 8-10 minutes drive from Kajang Impian (Transloyal sales office) or Seri Wirani 8 . GSC Cinema with 13 screens will be there....hehehe

yep..now all KL Southerners i.e. Bangi Avenue, BSP, BBB and all, can enjoy themselves at IOI City Mall Boleh tengok wayang and eat caramel popcorn...then shopping at Parkson Grand...

The house is marketed as 2 1/2-storey but actually the 3rd floor is as big as the 2nd floor. Therefore, to me it is a full 3-storey house.

from BSP wud b around 15-20 minutes. from BA don't know. The moment you reach kajang exit, you can consider it almost there, 5-8 minuts away. depends on d traffic for sure.

it wud definitely b a big surprise for a lot of ppl once its open end-2014. better invest property arnd the area....esp Bangi. Cyberjaya too arrogant!

Well that is true indeed. The kl southerners are longed for such an establishment actually. Those upper crust of kl southerners are fed up to travel all the way up to one utama , curve or midvalley. Is time now to hv such a place in south kl as it can capture putrajaya, cyberjaya ,seri kembagan, the ever growing kajang and bangi new upper middle class migrants. Yes,we hope for the best. So far as reported by Star, Parkson Grand gonna build their biggest store there, and GSC will build 13 screens theater . Both have signed contracts.

According to IOI, more than 50% lettable space have been taken up so far. I dont know what to expect from this all. But its okay, i thnk there is always risk in any investments made.. Mmmmm

previously, if i'm not wrong, the land (in Seksyen 7 @ Taman Kajang Impian @ Transloyal office) is to be developed as a community mall. Jusco had said to be the party interested at that time. However, the community in the surrounding area was not pleased with the proposal as it may turn the surrounding areas into chaos. i.e. traffic congestion etc.

I thing Transloyal is the best party to explain.

As for IOI City Mall...yeepp it very near to IOI resort.

PS: just received call from Prinsiptek, they target to complete the project by July this year. Early 1 year from the proposed completion date....June 2014. Haiya, too fast...panic already. No money to do cabinets, buy furniture bla bla blaaa..haiyo!!

Pls check whether PBB has this lock-in period , Maybank don't. Juz in case you want to settle loan or re-finance to other banks within this period, you'll b penalized. I had this problem with PBB, Bukit Bintang where i have to pay penalty for the refinancing with other banks.
