Had some time today, so I cut out a custom PSU bracket for my case, which still needs some finishing work so no photos yet.

Did a test fit and it works perfectly to what I need.

Just so you guys know why I needed to custom the bracket, here's a photo of the situation WITH the custom bracket. I can't even get anywhere near this with the stock Lian Li bracket. No way. Not at all possible.



Need to get custom cables made now after fitting the PSU, radiator, mobo and GPU. No space.

Went ahead and used the paint stripper! I must say, nasty stuff. Burns like crazy on contact with skin. But when brushed onto my radiator, MAGIC. Didn't even have to wait for the 15 minutes specified on the can. lol. Not sure if radiator stock paint sucks or paint stripper too good. .

Should have got the stuff earlier. Took me what, 5, 10 minutes tops to fully strip my 360mm radiator to bare metal.

Cleaned up the 240mm radiator with the stripper as well since I gave up on sanding it before this. Now both are down to bare metal and just waiting to be lightly sanded to rid of rust spots, primed and paint.

Paint stripper is now my best friend for stripping paint. Not going to bother with sand paper anymore.

Placed an order for custom cables from khfoong81 today. Looking forward to see his workmanship in two weeks or so.

Also, ran out of tape today so didn't manage to paint my radiators.
Need to buy tape.

khfoong's sleeving is the best in market.
All my build sleeving is made by him.
But bad thing is that he reply one per day usually

I just ordered for custom wiring. Gonna sleeve it with MDPC later on.

Did the primer layer for my radiators today. Will leave it to cure and paint the final layer of paint another day.



Also decided that instead of sending my case for powder coating, I'll just paint it myself. Saves me travel time, some money and I know what results to expect. Need to go buy more primer, some high gloss paint and clear coat!

Made arrangements to get my acrylic window panel to be laser cut. Now just waiting for the part to actually be cut and sent to me.

Going to purchase some MDPC sleeves tonight so I can start sleeving the moment my custom cables arrive.

I'm cool with matte finishes. In fact my radiator will be painted a matte black. But for exterior I'm going with a high gloss finish since I'm painting it white.

I'm not sure how much the laser cut will cost me actually. LOL. The guy I sent to hasn't quote me yet. He just gave me an estimate of about RM100 or so.

I need the super short extenders again. lol. If you know anyone selling the short male-female G1/4" extender that's like 7.5mm in black sparkle or shiny silver let me know? I need like 2 pcs. Still waiting for reply from APES.
