Excellent service from Primochill.
Some acrylic faceplates. The one is the original my unit came with. I requested for smoke and clear plate replacements. TBH, the smoke acrylic is quite a disappointment, it's quite a dark colour, so unless you want the unit to be stealthed out, I wouldn't recommend getting it. ![]() |

you could always use a D-plug set to connect the pump and the res. I did it on my current build, on the pump, making it floating in the air lol =) for removing stains, maybe u could try polishing ?

But I figured it out and got the fittings I needed. Now it's perfectly seated with little room to move. Polishing eh. Ok. Will give it a shot with my dremel. |

Good luck =) but well if are gonna rely on colored coolant such as mayhem, u could save work of polishing, using white to cover everything. =)

Since I'm using coloured tubing, it doesn't really matter if I use dyes or coloured coolant. |

work over! back to having more time to mod out my rig.
my MSI 7950 Reference card had issues so I sent it in for repair and it came back as a Sapphire 7950 Vapor-X, meaning I can't exactly water cool it any more. Any one wants a 7950 Vapor X? Thinking of selling it off, but not exactly sure so no WTS thread yet. Because of this, I have made some arrangements to get a GTX 680 reference card. In the process of making this, I've jumped from: HD 5850 Vapor-X, GTX 670 Reference, HD 7950 Reference, HD 7950 Vapor-X and soon, GTX 680 Reference. LOL. Purchased my pump and decided to go with Monsoon Compressions in black chrome colour. Still plenty of things to buy! I wish I had more cash on hand. |

you can build a custom water block for 7950. Got one who did it.
If you want gtx 680, I got one. But you have to buy your water block since my one is stained with blue feser uv dye. This post has been edited by JakeGFX: Jul 9 2013, 04:56 PM |

As luck would have it, my SSD is dead. It magically died after I updated my motherboard's bios.
So kinda updating this through a Sempron powered computer. Recently received my box of fittings and my aquacomputer D5 pump, sp,e inline temperature sensors, ram water blocks, and a new water block for the GTX 680 which I got hold of yesterday. I just realise I seem to have a lot of aquacomputer stuff in my build. Photos will be up when I dig out all the boxes again. Had to stash them away when I rearranged and cleared out my room. Was getting too messy. haha! Will be spending the next few days doing mundane things like sanding my radiator down (no, I'm still not done. Photos when I'm able! |

QUOTE(SoLeHuDDiN98 @ Jul 28 2013, 03:38 PM) Suicidal SSD. oh well. RMA. Since I haven't posted anything in awhile, and since my Sunday afternoon was empty, I made my motherboard's capacitors shiny! Got 90% of the capacitors on my board. The other 10% requires me to remove heat sinks, which of course I'll eventually get to doing. Sorry, phone camera quality. I can't use my DSLR coz well, my rig is down. ![]() As you can see, my motherboard has been collecting dust from being used bench table style.
