Korean males display a high frequency of Haplogroup O2b* (P49), a subclade of possibly Manchurian origin Koreans in the midwest region are close to Manchurian populations http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Koreansof course not all but some do have Manchurian ancestry. tankerbell you are trying to relate koreans to the jurchens & manchu but the fact its the korean historians politically tried to make people to believe manchu/jurchen dynasty in china are related to koreans. Yes they may all originated from the same mountain but they are essentially not the same, the customs & traditions are so different. Besides Haplogroup O2b is also found in south east asians like thai indonesian & vietnamese where it has the highest frequency which suggest O2b originate from south east asia, not manchurian origin

TS is right.
Korea > Japan in terms of douchebags.
Koreans are just douchebags. Their english suck, can't even pronounce properly, have even worse body odour, rudeness maximum.
and Korean has more fakery compared to Japan.
Ptuih!

QUOTE(ruffstuff @ Sep 5 2012, 02:49 PM) Samsung > Sony Kpop > Jpop K-Drama > J-Drama K-Movie > J-Movie Hyundai > Toyota SNSD > Morning Musume Rain > Hyde So now Gangnam style > Japan Style. Please wake up godzilla. Your mosaic JAV doesnt help either. Brag while still you can because it gonna be China's turn very soon. This is the cycle but as far as I concern, Japan has far more successful cultural export than Korea with earning more than 50 billion annually while South Korea is only about 3 billion. If you're trying to say South Korea is very influential then, Japan is ten times more influential. Sure, I don't deny Japan is in bad condition now and South Korea is in better shape but at least brag when they have surpassed Japan, like how people are bragging Chinese are superior race. I don't have problem with that. This post has been edited by NicoRobinz: Sep 9 2012, 01:28 PM

Wow, this thread is nothing but Koreaboos vs. Weeaboos.
Be honestlah: Koreans are good at some things (Kpop, dramas, etc.) whereas Japanese are good at other things (anime, cinema, etc.)
Kolos thread plz.

QUOTE(stealthrider @ Sep 5 2012, 04:09 PM) I've been wondering, many of your posts are factually historical. May I know, are you doing major in world history? The other historian poster would be Kenmirzz in my opinion but he's more to sociology and geographical type. Tankerbell is a pseudo-historian who subscribe to conspiracy theory in each and every of his breath. Coming back to the real topic, of course the Japanese videogames, music, movies, dramas and cars are better than anything Korea can offer.

Both of you indeed have interesting POVs, would be a loss if either one of you leave /k/.
