I am on custom rom with the latest firmware. The latest firmware really give a lot of improvement to the battery life. So far I don't have any of the problem you mention there. If she only use whatapps and facebook, should be able to last her until late night. So far, I can use for 1 days and 20 hours with mostly wifi (lots of whatsapp, moderate browsing) , some mobile data and some game. Previously, I use it for very minimal usage (wifi on for 2 hours at night only), it can last me for 4 days + and that was with the old firmware. I believe with this new firmware it will last even longer.

I need to create a empty folder to move them, so I create a folder under mnt / extSdCard / Games / ABC / data and obb
then move the sdcard / Android / data to mnt / extSdCard / Games / ABC / data while obb then move to obb
its very easy
you just need to remember that Source (data) path always is mnt / extSdCard while mount (target) path is sdcard

if i charge 100%. go work 8am, connect to wifi in office. when go outside use mobile data (edge). not really play game.
when balik rumah around 6pm battery show 10 - 20% only. just change to power saving option but seems not saving my battery power.
active application :0 (task manager)
or i need to charges 8 hours bcos when 1st time the phone is on i tak charges 8 hours

no need charge 100% or charge 8 hrs...

charge wat ever % u like but rmb dun always empty ur battery till 1% only charge.. like 10-15% can start charge liau..

hey guyz n gals, i was planning to buy s3 for my sis as her graduation present... so i wanna know which version are available and price range in msia, perak.
i did notice there are 5 diff color, personally i think red is attractive for gals to use.

and you should turn on power saving mode for 24hour, for me when I play high performance game only turn off power saving mode, else is turn it on and can last me for 2 days with surf internet (include facebook, twitter, update apps, whatsapp, line), call and sms, play games

just turn on power saving mode if just normal usage, if play high performance game only turn off
and charge your phone until full can already, estimate 2hours+ full

yes red look attractive, but your sister sure will buy case for s3, and this is the problem your sister will face, is hard to match the colour with the phone you know
so at this point white and black colour phone is better
but should be no problem 1 since very less phone got so many colour to choose, who cares
for price, 16gb ori set around 1.8k while 32gb ori set around 2k
only white and blue got 32gb, red only got 16gb

Update: I called Samsung store @ 1U, they told me they are still waiting for Samsung SC to send the phone back. Takes about 3-4 days. I told them that I need to collect the phone back ASAP..and even volunteered to go collect myself from the SC in Federal Highway. I am afraid that the Samsung SC will blacklist my IMEI (will they do that?) and maybe do something to my phone which will prevent me from even entering download mode and to repair it? I don't know..a lot of negative thoughts going in my head.

and if Samsung SC has filed a report to this case, if i am able to reset the binary counter, and bring it back there, do you think they will still fix it for me?
