You can try to send it to the SC, do some stress test and show them the temperatures.

i've tried the laptop and the hype around the speaker is overrated la, nothing special about it also
no bass still the usual annoying laptop speaker sound but it has more mids and thats about it tongue.gif

Laptop speakers generally sucks for anyone who are used to decent speakers (nothing fancy or expensive, just normal decent). All we deal with is the level of "suckiness" laugh.gif
Generally, the bigger the laptop (17" and above), the likelier the chance that the speakers will be slightly better (and may even come with small tiny build-in subwoofer).
To enjoy the soundcard in the Y500 (Realtek ALC269), connect it to cheap pair of desktop speakers with sub-woofer smile.gif For best sound, use the HDMI port to connect to any fancy audio setup you have thumbup.gif

when i'm playing path of exile while the battery charging, the performance is awesome

but when its not charged, the performance drop from 40fps to 12fps

It is normal.
Battery power is not enough to power up a full run CPU+GPU.

how do i counter this, can i disable SLI without getting the gpu out? coz i tried in the nvidia control panel and it din work

Yes, you can disable SLI in nvidia control panel.
But, still can't do gaming on full load under battery mode.
