That DiGi S3 phone is using your gmail account is it..?
Then you can download it to that phone. When you buy Note2, sign out your gmail from that DiGi S3 and just sign in on your new Note2. That app will be redownload back again into your Note2

If you have remove your account from the phone..it cant be downloaded. Only the phone that using the same gmail can receive the app.

no need install on her phone. after u bought,it will auto prompt installation.u just click "X" prevent it install.,the apps will remain in ur gmail id account.when u hv note 2,u just log in n install.as long she din remove ur account from her phone,u can purchase on web for the 5 days apps offer,no need use the s3.just need her s3 for playstore detect the compatible n availability..after 5days done,only ask her remove.

No need to factore reset. You can just remove the account from account n sync setting. It will automatically remove the account from that phone market.
I have 3 different account on my Note and i can remove any 2 account without factory reset EXCEPT the very first account where i registered for my Note.
All the apps that use exp. B account will be removed from the phone if i remove B account from the phone. Apps from A and C account will still be there un-touched.
Btw..this is a case of 3 different account in ONE phone. Not 3 different phones with SAME account.

yes,when u buy on web,it will prompt auto installation on the S3.so,u can ask ur friend use back her primary account.so it wont prompt self installation on her S3 if she choose ur id(secondary),while remain ur id detected S3 as device.then u can enjoy shopping wihtout annoying her phone.
