Any Maxis users experiencing difficulties with maintaining their Edge/3G connections? I understand that Maxis is conducting some maintenance in KL today (read this from their Facebook page).

The strange thing is that if I put my MicroSIM into my iPhone 4, Edge/3G works fine. Then when I put it back into the TX it works for awhile, then sometimes it disappears again.

Its happened to me for the past week. What I did was I manually went to the mobile network at settings and manually searched for the mobile connections and then re-connect to maxis 3G connection. For some reason it will sometimes automatically disconnect from the 3G network to 2G only. Very annoying

Yes this is official Sony authorized service center. Operated by Ixsun. Don't bring to KLCC, they will divert to this center anyway. As long as your phone is authorized set from any of the authorized distributors you are covered.

For me it's completely lose any data connection. It just happened to me again. Had to shut down the phone, take out battery, restart, then Edge works again.

mine is the same. Go to Settings => wireless & networks => more => mobile networks => Network operators => and then manually click on maxis 3G. I called maxis, and they told me to change SIM cards, but i said screw that.

Can't wait to try Clear Audio+ when listening to songs , with all these upgrades I'm glad i didn't settled for xperia V for these features earlier.This just makes me more in love with my TX!

I think it is about time we start a new thread. Just wanted to ask everyone within this thread.

Do you think we should have a separate thread for T & TX?

If you prefer to have separate thread, then I will create a V2 thread for TX. A T owner will create a V2 thread for T.

If you still prefer to have a combined thread, then I will create a V2 thread for T & TX. But forumer must state clearly their device when posting in the new thread to avoid confusion.
