I dont side BN or PKR, I'm oso owner of few property in Cyberjaya, from my own understanding from foreign investor or MNC people, Najib is their prefer PM and they very support his policy. Like few of the Butterworth MNC oso pledge support to him and they stop all their investment till election finish and see how. Be selfish, I don care who win, as long as he can boom up Klang Valley economy and Cyberjaya too.

There is no property with reasonable price in cyberjaya now even the so call Pr1ma.

in fact there is very little landed in ciber...... price appreciation is encouraging since there are so many commercials.......

singapore also very high risk, my friend just bought 3 condos over the weekend and paid 13% extra stamp duty costs more than  SG$500k. This stamp duty is the 7th time cooling measure.

just talked to the CEO of a Malaysian brokerage firm today. he told me he bought 3 condos in Puteri Harbour, Iskandar, at RM500psf to invest. He said there is no secondary market. But when the price shot up to RM1000psf then gone case.

now, the new launch at Puteri Harbour is already RM1000psf and Iskandar is like no man land, much much much worst than Cyber.

Cyber condos launched at what price? RM500 or 600psf? I think it is cheap cheap cheap!!!

Buying for own stay. currently staying in Sunway and working in Cyberjaya however might get a job in PJ or KL  soon. 
when ppl heard about shifting to so called Si-Beh-Far jaya they think my family are crazy ..haha

however just love the peaceful environment in GR and too tired of the jam in Sunway, Subang and PJ area.

ya...dunwan it be the next puchong or subang jaya  ....everyday jam.... ....hope can be a moderately dense population...i love bukit jelutong shah alam concept n landscape... but seeing as there is so many high rise development here right now we are shaping up to be the next mont kiara apparently...

Hi all , I'm new to the site and have some questions about the property chances in Cyberjaya.
Do you guys think the area will have a potential in the next 2-3 years? I haven't been to the area so not sure what's going there. Any tips about buying a soho, condo or landed?

It wlll be great to get some insight info from some of you who are working there or been there.
