Cyberjaya is too cheap. Wakaka.

Puteri Harbour ever lauch RM 500 psf?

Problem now is no subsale market. This is why must die die hold.

From the plan, it is "guarantee" because 90% MRT will hit there.

Anyway, Iskandar will only success if Singaporean buying for retirement. It may happen, but it will be a long time wait.
