Looks like Cyberjaya in a few years time will be having too many vacant units of studio, soho, sofo, sovo and all the so-soh chasing after students to rent. Kind of scary to invest, no?

I am confused with the 2 schools of thinking. Some says great potential with the yet to be seen population growth. Some says watch out for the glut of new incoming condo units chasing slightly increased population.

Anyone can help with better facts and data.
Or we shall need to have good faith on what developers are saying.

only got faith with osk development over there , other than that ,    think twice.

Also, I've heard a new theme park will be built close to PICC
Let's hope this materialize. That will be a further selling point for people to stay at Cyber.

Mirage by the lake having landed also, double storey or three storey. But they called it as Link Villa and Lake Villa.

Just visited Cyberjaya over the weekend and strongly recommend bros to try this Japanese food - Kiraku in Shaftbury Square.
A bit pricey but quality is really excellent

Btw, there is no regulation in Cyber governing that pub is not permitted.

Hehe..pulled out..lengthy documentation for my loan..not in a rush for investment purpose..some more have to save a bit for renovation..hopefully can move in next year..

In fact i think there is plenty F&B business opp in cyber!
Maybe should buy a shoplot if found good deal.

Current market 1.6k probably due to limited supply..once all projects completed..there'll be more supply than demand..some owner might have to rent at lower rate..unless more ppl coming in and willing to stay in cbj..cant really tell the demand yet..still too early..

I have a friend that buy 30 unit at Cyberjaya for 450sf type, they oso said only can rent max is RM1.4k.

That defeat the purpose of investment lo....best if with decent reantal yield and cash out after appreciation.
