I am confused with the 2 schools of thinking. Some says great potential with the yet to be seen population growth. Some says watch out for the glut of new incoming condo units chasing slightly increased population.

Anyone can help with better facts and data.

1. Who are the buyers?
2. What are the type of BBB?

I believe many work in Cyberjaya, will start looking into this place. Ready buyers! Unlike us who are from other location...

Buying now, based on your idea situation, u can hardly find, regardless of Singapore, KL, Penang, Johor...

Everyone play their own game plan.

For us, we are targeting to hold properties for 5 to 10 years, rental yield slightly lower than interest rate is fine, pump in more cash will do.

To foreigner, Cyberjaya is not as well known as Iskandar, especially to Singaporean.

If this gang really come in to GORENG, your Symphony Hills will do like East Ledang...
