Not every huge development will turn out like Eco Park.

Setia Alam entry > RM 200k vs Bandar Rimbayu > RM 600k...
Timing is difference, location distance about the same, price is difference, developer is difference...

I can feel many buying Bandar Rimbayu, thinking of it will become like Setia Alam.

Cash rich, no problem. Else, u only locked up your limit.

Google "KL to semenyih distance". Only 11 km out of > 35 km distance is highway, Leburaya Cheras - Kajang:

It may not be a great investment, due to class & non "real" lake view.

If it completed by mid 2014, target to sell mid 2016, profit may not be great due to high interest rate.

But if u manage to rent it >= RM 1500, it should be a safe investment.

Most of us give Cyberjaya > 5 years to mature, my target is more conservative, 2020/2022.
