Total non bumi should be 260 plus unit. With 140 likr unit taken by internal staff. As said, all the 115 non bumi taken, while bumi takers are only like 30 person?

1) No alcohol is allowed in cyberjaya - hav u seen any happening places without alcohol?
For example, Sunway giza basically makes KD the place to go to. So is publika, mont kiara and area like this

I just came back from Putrajaya today. If Rimbayu is to the west of Bandar Saujana Putra, then it is indeed very near CyberJ and Putrajaya. Right after Saujana Putra exit is Putra Heights exit. If using this highway (don't know what it is called, it's the one we all use to go Dengkil and KLIA), the. I don't think Rimbayu is far. People don't think Putra Heights is far these days.

The problem I have with Rimbayu is it being leasehold. With so many FH property surrounding it, this project is really much akin to Kota Damansara having TTDI and BU surrounding them. KD is good just because its in Damansara. Will Rimbayu be the same? Hard to say.

Would like to know the impact of KLIA2 to cyberjaya too - especially there is I-Tune hotel for budget traveler. More or less can see some tourists there? At least good for the commercial malls.

I bought Lake View Residency at Cyber Heights Villa 5 months ago. If I waited just a few months later, there are so many other good projects in Cyber to choose from. Only time will tell if my decision to get one unit has paid off.

No    I didn't get the "real" lake view unit. I got the one facing the opposite because all lake view has been sold out.
I intend to stay there when it's completed mid-2014 for 2 years before moving to Putrajaya when Tamara Residence is completed 1st quarter 2016.
Yeah it's among the cheapest under construction condo compared to other Cyberjaya projects at the time of purchase i.e RM410 psf.
What do you think of my investment? I do have line up all the mitigation plans to minimize the afternoon sun that I will be dealt with.
Again...only time will tell. I'm very confident with Cyber/Putrajaya. KV is packed like sardine now and I hate the traffic!!!

almost 9 of 10 cyberjaya investor will rent their unit as invest instead of staying .

If they all keep their purchases for renting, there is not much risk. The risks come when they are into flipping.
