I like the story.

Life is about give & take.
Same to investment.
For investment, u need foresight, courage, leverage, LUCK...

One who believe in Apple Inc, 2008 to 2012 trading USD 80+ to USD 700+

Investment Capital = RM 500k.
Margin = 20%, 1 to 5.
Actual Investment = RM 2.5 M.

Buy = USD 100.
Sell = USD 600.
Return = 500%, 6 times.

Cash Out = RM 15 M.
Leverage Interest = 6% of RM 2.5 M.
Currency Depreciation = -25%.

Nett Cash = RM 10 M. Roughly.

Mind u, the time iPhone 3GS is already in the market.

MRT no idea.

High Speed Train if materialised, then 90% will hit 1 of this station: KLIA, LCCT @ TBS...

Many places @ KL have substantial lands.

But due to:
1. Malaysia government is not strong in land acquisition & management.
2. Malaysia budget is quite pro the lower income to win votes. For example, renew lease hold policy.
3. Malaysia developer do not implement en-bloc policy.

Substantial land size that can make good development, yet developer can make good money, is very less.

Agree?

High Speed Train really good. Many buddy can retire @ Seremban. Good Place.

I rate Seremban better retire place than Semenyih.

It is good that he think twice before he commits.

Cyberjaya is not speculative like Iskandar. I see not many flippers for HERs @ Cyberjaya.

This will be good for 5 to 10 years "long" term.

By 2030, Malaysia will be "Young" & "Poor", whereas Singapore will be "Old" & "Rich".

Unlike us, have to heavy leverage.
