I visited Symphony Hills last Saturday during their open house and was shown around all their projects. Not too bad BUT pricing a bit too hefty. Cyberjaya still have lots of empty land. Will really become a very nice location IF developed in the right way....

Cannot be bro. High speed train need bigger rails and most probably need a new place because cannot twist and turn that much. I speculate seremban 2 or bandar sri sendayan. Between the two, i will put my money on sendayan. Of course this is if BN menang. If PR menang then i am left clueless

i did not buy symphony hill. Need to think. For own stay or to invest. I think 5 yrs down the road CBJ will be very good. So, its long term. Not short term. No holding power? Forget about symphony hill.

i give Cyber until 2020... so more developments now.

Making Greater KL ‘higher, denser, greener’

KUALA LUMPUR: The Greater KL/Klang Valley, whic is expected to host 10 million people in 2020, will have to have “higher, denser, faster and greener” buildings to accommodate the population.
Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing Minister Datuk Raja Nong Chik Raja Zainal Abidin said a better public transportation system, encouragement for groundfield developments with higher plot ratio and greening-the-city projects are part of enhancement efforts to make the city more livable.
He, however, said the emphasis will be to get more people to live in the city to reduce car use.
Raja Nong Chik said among the efforts taken are identifying areas in Kuala Lumpur that are de-generating and regenerating them with higher plot ratio to amortise the land cost and provide cheaper and affordable housing to the people, such as the 1Malaysia People’s Housing (PR1MA) programme.
To encourage reduction in car use, he said the ministry plans to build more pedestrian walkways within the city this year.
