QUOTE(xyyap @ Nov 19 2012, 10:44 PM) Welcome postitive & negative comments. No personal attack. No non stop debate. Based on info, the buyer judge themselves. I don't judge anyone here flipper, what I mean is if one is a flipper, it is hard for him to make from Cyberjaya by entering now 2012/2013. Agree..👍

QUOTE(Soros007 @ Dec 5 2012, 02:53 PM) I think their purchased price is lower than Rm 1.0mil thus yield rental will be higher or closer to 4.0%. SG purchase price way back in 2010 was ard 700k

QUOTE(noblebaby @ Dec 6 2012, 12:45 PM) For me, I don't need night life in Cyber... Retirement home must have lots of nature... If I want to have fine dinning or drinking session, I will drive to KL. 20-30min drive only right? Agree..cbj is not that far fr other places..we need good environment.. QUOTE(xyyap @ Dec 6 2012, 01:57 PM) The purpose I start this thread, is to discuss about Cyberjaya, to see whether worth for money, to feel whether people buy for own stay or investment. As of now, Cyberjaya starts to attract many people for own stay, & many rich people for long term investment. Obviously, these people are looking for something different from u. If u keep highlight about the price, keep highlight about the rental. U will never understand what these people think. It is ok, since people has own cup of coffee, u are advised not to buy here. Should read the whole content and understand the thread then only make comment..😉

QUOTE(karak2003 @ Dec 6 2012, 11:43 PM) I work in middle east and i think cyberjaya will have a problem similar ( for those target as investment) like our Dubai if continue to have so many addtional supply y-o-y Got the same feeling..but reserve my comment for next 3-4 yers fr now..hopefully my thought was wrong.. Added on December 7, 2012, 2:23 amQUOTE(xyyap @ Dec 6 2012, 11:06 PM) Judging from the people in this forum, I only see < 30% of buyers here. Can't u all feel it? QUOTE(C31 @ Dec 7 2012, 10:49 AM) cyber is >40km from city centre. dont u think is far? Distance is vr subjective..if u work in klcc will be >40km..if u work in pj will be another figure..if u work in airport..those stay in ampang relatively more than 60km to work..if u consder putrajaya as govt central cbj will be vr close..if u work in sngapore..anywhere in klang valley vr far.. [quote=LCL01,Dec 10 2012, 08:30 AM] No traffic means no people... Seldom heard ppl voluntarily choose to stay in cyberjaya most of them r students n employees in MNCs. Seri kembangan is way more convenient that cyberjaya however it is old b matured not as high end as cyberjaya. But it serve more economical values than cyberjaya. At least it contributed more taxes than cyber.....
Few of us in this thread chose to stay in cbj..but not yet move in la..nx 3-4 yers maybe..

QUOTE(SaberCortez @ Dec 10 2012, 11:35 AM) It's true.. Look, as for the purpose I do that, is, when you stay there, then you know how the place is, you never live in Cyberjaya, you don't really know what it is like... I be you all like, hey, i have money, and I am 30 years old, let buy some house in Cyberjaya cause it is under MSC, and also it is very this and that, then when you actually buy one, you realized it is a screw up place that nobody actually wanna stay.. Unless you are rich enough like LKW or Mahathir, to build their own nice place under a very secure security area... else, I advice you to reconsider your option.. Hehe..thanks for the advice..i graduated fr mmu cbj in 2002..true..not much different xcept for new buildings..but the place i currently stay gets busier day by day..need a fresh new environment..
