Even the 2nd phase schumann 2 increase by almost 300k..i've been to every showhouse in cbj to compare all those project..for sh they do have limited unit from potential buyer who cant secure a loan..been told by sa few weeks ago..

I believe putrajaya dominated by govt servants..but for certain parcels which are non quarters area occupied by non govt staff..overall i would say..mostly malay for racial composition..

Just came back from usual show house visit..surprisingly trillium offers 7% rebate and spa/loan agreement fees absorb by developers. Few units still available.

Distance is vr subjective..if u work in klcc will be >40km..if u work in pj will be another figure..if u work in airport..those stay in ampang relatively more than 60km to work..if u consder putrajaya as govt central cbj will be vr close..if u work in sngapore..anywhere in klang valley vr far..

Hehe..thanks for the advice..i graduated fr mmu cbj in 2002..true..not much different xcept for new buildings..but the place i currently stay gets busier day by day..need a fresh new environment..
