Mirage by the lake phase one condo expected complete by end of next year, for now the price has rose from 600k to 900k+, hope can touch 1m next year, but the agent told it may take 3 years to sell at good profit after completion, but definitely no problem to rent at rm3k +, so still ask for more?

I read the first ads go there and book, hence can get the early bird discount close to 50k+, so the paper shall be 300k + 50k, but I'm not intend to sell if the rental return is justified, I'm scare my re-enter cost to CJ will be even higher if I sell it.

I think is better for me to target the second mid-cost unit, I see very bright future for CJ, because I believe excellent developer can turn the table from dead place to be heaven.
